1. Subscription

3.3 In the event of a failed payment, Right Vape reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription.

4. Cancellation and Termination

4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings on our website or by contacting our customer support.
4.2 Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle.
4.3 Right Vape reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time without notice for any violation of this Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary information, belong to Right Vape.

5.2 You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent from Right Vape.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Right Vape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6.2 In no event shall Right Vape's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve-month period preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
7.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By subscribing to Right Vape's Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not subscribe to the Service.
